Greens’ call for Rebuilding of Carlisle Pier Eyesore an Act of Sheer Lunacy

Questions now being raised about derelict buildings demolished in good faith 

Green TD Ciaran Cuffe has called for the reconstruction of derelict buildings which were demolished in good faith at Carlisle Pier in Dun Laoghaire, if it transpires that the works were carried out without proper permission.

This is absurd and demonstrate a frightening lack of clear thinking from the Dun Laoghaire Green Deputy.

CARISLE PIER DEVELOPMENT DEAD IN THE WATER

“The initial recommendations of the Tall Buildings Study commissioned by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has ruled out the Carlisle Pier Development in Dun Laoghaire Harbour.” This was stated by Cllr.
