August 27, 2005 on 10:04 am | In Local, Maintenance | No Comments“A survey of more than a 1,000 roadside drains in Dun Laoghaire has found that over a third are blocked pointing to a complete failure by Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council to service the network.” This was stated by Local Councillor Eugene Regan (FG) who personally carried out the survey in the Dun Laoghaire Ward area and found 417 drains completely blocked.
