An Bord Pleanala Reversal of Planning Decisions a Serious Embarrassment for Council

“The extent of reversals of planning decisions of Dun Loaghaire Rathdown County Council by An Bord Planala is an embarrassment to the Council”. Cynical Move to Re-Zone More Land in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown

Court Judgement in Sallynoggin Tenants Case Raised Serious Questions
