“Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council will not increase commercial rates in 2007 in order to promote business in the County.” This was stated by Cllr. Eugene Regan Cathaoirleach of the Council and Dail Candidate (FG), following the adoption of the Council’s Budget this week.
