It is not the Council’s intention to clamp once-off parking offenders or someone who overstays on a metered space. Eugene Regan (FG), Cathaoirleach of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, who tabled a motion last year calling for this redesign work to be undertaken by the Council.
